I Have Difficulty Keeping My Balance When I Stand Or

i have difficulty keeping my balance when i stand or walk. this is a recent change. i don't take any meds bp is okay but on the high side and was told there might be an over the counter med(vitamin etc) that could help. my doc has me to see a specialist but none is available till December 2018. i need an interim action plan. 6 foot height, 280 pounds. grass allergies(rose fever). 63 yrsj
