I Have Dizzy Spells And Black For Last 10 Years,

i have dizzy spells and black for last 10 years, seems to be getting worse and now to add fuel to fire i get really really sharp pain in head really dizzzy and black out and have been very fatigue as well at least every other day i due not have not insurance so i am able to go to a speical been to the er and they look at me like i am crazy
