I Have Done Mri Last Week For My Neck And

i have done Mri last week for my neck and head for experiencing headache, the hospital called back for contrast imr after couple days so i done and this is the result :
the area in question is again identified and is unchanged form the recent examinatin. with gadolinium the area does not show any enhancement. this is somewhat aganst neoplasm though low grade lesion is not entirely exclude .
i will send the report in next page do you think i have to be really worried and take it further to investigate what is that white matter shows or is it kind of normal people they have that some time in there mri if they have migraine which i do
