I Have Done VDRL And TPHA Test In Different Lab.but

i have done VDRL and TPHA test in different lab.but the result is different.first time i have tested is VDRL non reactive but TPHA reactive.after few days,i am not satisfied,i repeat the same test at different lab.the result is both non reactive.what is it mean?
