Both fallopian tubes :
Right fallopian tube is visualised with normal course and calibre, without any significant dilatation , iregularity or any extrinsic mass effect.
Adequate spillage noted on right side.
Left fallopian tube is opacified.
No obvious spillage seen on left side.
