I Have Done Permanent Hair Straightening And It Caused Too

i have done permanent hair straightening and it caused too much damage on my hair...my hair has become dull frizzy and very dry..so what should i do to prevent my hair and make it smooth and shiny again..so should i do hair smoothening or hair straighening again need an advice asap
