I Have Dull Sharp Pains In My That Feel Like

i have dull sharp pains in my that feel like there moving around in my penis. i'm thinking its a kidney stone but people say it would not have lasted a week but it feels like its moving kinda but it doesn't burn or hurt when i pee really at all could it be a urinary infection?
