I Have Earaches And Itchy Earfor 2weeks And The Doctor

i have earaches and itchy earfor 2weeks and the doctor says it was fungus so he prescribed antifungal eardrops which contains clotrimazole it helps me temporarily, after few days the itching and pain comes back when i go back to the doctor he said that i have an infection already so he prescribed me antibiotics and metronidazole and non sedatives antihistamine but i think the bitter taste im having is from the medicine im taking now... i feel better right now but sometimes im experiencing like air pressure on and off in my ear upto my jaw and face but it goes away.
