I Have Excessive Dry Palms And Only The Back Of

i have excessive dry palms and only the back of my fingers which are cracking. at the bottom of my palms near my wrists it looks kind of pitted. i have put a high moisturizer on as well as also using olive oil and coconut oil with plastic gloves on overnight. nothing seems to help. any suggestions?
