I Have Excessive Ear Wax In My Left Ear I

i have excessive ear wax in my left ear i also have very swollen top of ear i think puss comes out also behind ear and right before where ear hole is i have been using ear softing wax stuff and hydren peroxide sometimes i think i get ;ittle pieces of dried grass out also noy inside of ear but abpve before hole think ear is retaining water whats going on
