I Have Exstream Pain In My Leggs, I Cant Stand

i have exstream pain in my leggs, i cant stand up for more than 5 min, i am 74yrs old,and over wieht, my
doctor said its my siactic nerve, please does any one know what to do about it,i amgoing crazy with this
pain,i am living on pain pills, and i hate life, john
