I Have Extreme Pain In My Lower Back Legs And

i have extreme pain in my lower back legs and ankles its has been there for a couple days and i have never felt anything like it, last night i also had a violent shivering attack. i will se a doctor this week do you know how i can manage the pain in the mean time
