i have fibromyalgia, adenomyosis, three damaged discs and an annular tear in lower spine, history of lymes disease, possible ibs, gas, bloating, constipation, cramping with certain foods, hard spot if i press down lower left abdomen near ovary, flank pain. no abdominal imaging. bone scan clear. where should i focus when seeing my dr?
