I Have Fibromyalgia And Recently Had Some Blood Labs Done

i have fibromyalgia and recently had some blood labs done to see about going to a fibromyalgia clinic. I was informed that my ANA Titer level is out of range, my white blood count is high, and I have been suffering from more severe pain then in the past. Can you tell me what else I may have besides fibromyalgia? I feel like there is something more. I went to the doctor today and they said I poss could have a sinus infection and was prescribed medicine. I don't seem to be getting any results because they are so concerned about taking me off my oxycodone, that they are not concerned about all the pain I am having?
