I Have "goose Bumps Mainly On The Top Of My

i have "goose bumps mainly on the top of my forearms ,that do not itch. I also have red and swollen hands {topside} and face .I also have excessive sweating on my face primarily and shortness of breath do I have scabies or some kind of skin parasite ,?is it a warning sign of an impending heart attack?
