I Have Had 2 Backs Surgery With Screw And Rods

i have had 2 backs surgery with screw and rods the screwa broke and still have 2 of the swrews broke still in my spine the rest was taken out on the second surgery what can i do for the pain i have lived this way for the past ten yrs. im still in alot of pain today.
