I Have Had 2 Pireds In A Mouth My Tubes

i have had 2 pireds in a mouth my tubes are tied each one was one a 2 to 3 days long first one little red now this one starts dark discharge then little red then that's it . could i be pregnant ?could of my tubes came undone? or what eles could it be i am really worried!!!!
