I Have Had 3 Urine Sample Results As Borderline Infection,

i have had 3 urine sample results as borderline infection, no symptoms, random dip stick test at a health check showed abnormality and then msu sent for C&S. What does this mean, my doctor says she cannot give anti biotics as not a full infection and no symptoms.
