I Have Had A Cold For Two Weeks,initially It Started

i have had a cold for two weeks,initially it started with sore throat and ended with a sinus infection treated with antibitotics by MD. a week later it started again with sore throat but nasal congestion,but a barkin type cough,mostly nonproductive, Md prscribed azithromycin,coughing is little better. should I go back to the doctor
