I Have Had A Colonoscopy 5 Years Ago, I Am

i have had a colonoscopy 5 years ago, i am 64, and it was good. my mother had colon cancer. i have IBD pretty sure. when i have bad runs and i am emptying out at the end of the all the poop, i have blood because i am contracting to push it out. i have delt with this for many years. i am trying to wait until 65 for medicare for another colonoscopy, since they are so expensive and i am on social security. just not sure what to do.
