I Have Had A Hiantal Hernia, So Much Acid Reflux

i have had a hiantal hernia, so much acid reflux that my voice box is damaged. i worked as a resolution manager (which is being on the phone all day long talking) I am no longer able to do my job wondering if this will heal or what steps to take to get on disablity
