I Have Had A Mri Due To Continuing Back Problems

i have had a mri due to continuing back problems can you explain the results to me.
L23 moderate generalized annular disc laxity is demonstrated with some flattening of the anterior thecal sac . There was associated mild central canal narrowing . There is no neural narrowing L2 roots exit freely.
L3-4 Moderate annular disc laxity is demonstrated with minor flattening of the anterior thecal sac. Minimal central canal narrowing L3 nerve roots exit free.
L4-5 Generalised circumferential disc laxity is noted with some flattening of the anterior thecal sac.Mild facet joint degenerative change noted.
L5-s1 mild generalized annular disc laxity . Mild bilateral facet joint degenerative change noted . L5 nerve roots exit freely.
