I Have Had A Sore Throat For Sometime , I

i have had a sore throat for sometime , I have callouses on my voice box so it is often strained as I work in a call center however, lately it seems to be a constant thing , along with fatigue , soar joints and ear sensitivity, what do you think that is and should I go to a doctor?
