I Have Had A Sore Throat (tonsils?) For At Least

i have had a sore throat (tonsils?) for at least 3 weeks.. it never goes away but does hurt less at times.. in the evenings i can barely swallow.. some times its onthe right side.. sometimes both .. today its on the left.. my tongue hurts,my neck hurts also.
and twice during this time my breasts where very tender.. do you think that is linked? what could it be?
