I Have Had An Onset Of Recent Symptoms Over The

i have had an onset of recent symptoms over the past six months but moer prevalent over the past few weeks. I first noticed dry scalp skin, then some eczema at the bridge of my nose and under eyes. Now when I shave I get a red rash under my upper ilp. I have been having red eyes and they are very injected looking. I have polyarthralgia in joints that I have not had pain in before (knee fingers, neck and back) Over the past few weeks I am getting transient tingling and occasional numbness seemingly in the lawer legs and hands.
