I Have Had Constipation Since Last Thursday I Had Severe

i have had constipation since last thursday i had severe stomach cramp for around an hour i took 2 bisacodyl 5mg and around say 20 minutes i went to the toilet having watery stools and a horrible smell of gas.Since friday havent been able to go again and this morning after taking another tablet yesterday i finally went again with very watery stools and smell of gas plus this time my bum bled alot.I am a diabetic and i also take every day 1 lansoprazole30mg but my stools are like a bunch of grapes very hard.Every day i am in severe stomachpain do i need to see my doctors
