I Have Had Dizziness For The Past Three Days With

i have had dizziness for the past three days with nauseau and diarrea. Before that for a week there was pain and weakness of legs. I have blood shot eyes with constant headache. Been to emergency room twice. all tests are fine. don't know what to do
