I Have Had External Fistula For 4 Years Without Much

i have had external fistula for 4 years without much Dr treatment,it worries me, i always have discharge 24/7 sometimes heavy /light but always surrounding skin burns from this.
I`m sorry,but i`ve jumped the gun, but will return when i have money. apologies again
