I Have Had Lower Left Back Flank Pain For Approximately

i have had lower left back flank pain for approximately 3 weeks. not mid-back, like orthopedic or mechanical back pain, but pain that is on the left side and more back or flank than front.

i thought it was a pulled muscle but it is persistent enough to make me worry it may be internal.
