I Have Had Moderate To Severe Stomach Pain For Approx

i have had moderate to severe stomach pain for approx 40 hours now. It started after a big meal. my belly feels full and bloated, it is difficult to sleep through the pain. not much of an appetite, though I did feel hungry last night and was able to eat. no vomiting, but also no bowel movements. I did try a home enema, but only a small amount came out. Do I need to go to the emergency hospital? Thank you.
