I Have Had My Uterus Move Like It Is Changing

i have had my uterus move like it is changing position, that is about a week ago, this morning i feel my uterus pulsating. could i be pregnant my periods are suppose to be due in 7 days, i also have a coil although it is its last year this year but cannot remember the month it was inserted.
