I Have Had Pain On Left Lower To Mid Side

i have had pain on left lower to mid side going on 2 months, i have had, ct, ultra sound, and ex rays, i get a very painful bulge that comes out and very painfull, have to stand and bend backwards for it to go back in. i think its a hernia and have a constant ache in that area 24/7
