I Have Had Some Type Of Fungus For A While

i have had some type of fungus for a while , I have been to the doctor she recently prescribe enconazole nitrate cream, it says topical use only , I have been going to my doctor , i 've bee on antibiotics and other meds ,
i shared with her i had pneumonia last year , and the flu at the same time , i am on high blood pressure medicine, a beta blockers , acid reflux meds, now this fungus where she says she is treating it, if it does;t get better , she said she would do A culture,
my worse fear is this fungus may get to my lungs, organs , liver , etc, could you please help me I am desperate, thank you
