I Have Hair Thinning Problem On Front Side Of Scalp

i have hair thinning problem on front side of scalp specially.now each day i lose 50 to 60 hair n on d day i wash my hair its more than 100 to200. i am 25 years old female.my doctor prescribed me MINOKEM 2% and XTRAGLO vitamin tab.i use this therapy 1 month.i cant find any result.after how months i'll find my result?is it effective or not?
