I Have Hard Swelling Back Of Neck (left Bottom -backside)

i have hard swelling back of neck (left bottom -backside) .. I went to the doctor and he advised me a laboratory test. The report of that test is saying reactive lymphadenitis. I dont exactly know what it is and i also want to know what i have to do next. Thanks
