I Have Hashimotos Thyroid Disease. Lately I Have Had Extreme

i have hashimotos thyroid disease. lately i have had extreme pain in my glands ,neck, and between shoulder blades. 4 days ago i had severe ear pain in left ear. I have been on AB for 4 days, but not getting better. Today i noticed red bumps on roof of mouth. I am 32 year old female. I am a nursing student about to graduate if this disease does not kill me first. should i go back to dr.?
