I Have Horrible Pain In My Neck And I T

i have horrible pain in my neck and i t goes into my head. It feels as if there is inflamation behind my sinuses. The pain is the worse at night. The pain wakes me out of my sleep every night. I have this froggy sound wheezing comimg from my throat. I feel deep breething is what causes the pain to worsen. Im 48 and have smoked for many years. I have to squeeze my neck to relieve pain and pressure. I have been dealing w this for over a year and im deffinitly getting worse. I have unexplained anemia and low heboglobin
. That is all that was out of sorts w blood work. I had a ct. scan that showed my cervical lyphnodes post and exterior were inflamed and thickening someware abound sinuses. Cant get anyware past that. im discouraged
