I Have Hypertension Which Is Hereditary.i Checked ECG And I

i have hypertension which is hereditary.i checked ECG and i have no problem with that. now my problem is for past few years i dont have proper digestion.and for few days am having gas trouble and often burping. and since two days am having acid reflux. can you suggest anything that will help me.
