I Have Hypothyroidism And Take 120 Mg Of Armour Thyroid

i have hypothyroidism and take 120 mg of armour thyroid every morning. i have been eperiencing heart palpitations that sometimes take my breath away for a second and what feels like adrenaline rushes. sometimes they happen together but not usually. i'm not sure if it has anything to do with it or not but since taking the armour my face breaks out a lot and i have unwanted hair growth. can youtell me what this all means and how i can fix it?
