i have just had an x-ray and i need some clarity please.
Both Hips and Pelvis Results:
A prominent convexity at the junction of the head and neck of both femora. in addition a cystic change in the junction . These appearances would be in keeping with CAM type deformity resulting in femoroacetabular impingement particularly on the internal rotation.
can you please share your thoughts, further explanation and treatment
