I Have Just Had Ct Of Neck And Chest Becuase

i have just had ct of neck and chest becuase i am having trouble swallowing pain in sterum night sweats. i an having a gastrophopy this tues. the results of ct said numerous small lymph nodes in neck, superior mediastinium, supracavicular fossae, subpectoral regions, axillae and autp pulmonary window. none are significant in size but the number of nodes is suspicious. should i be worried i have felt unwell for over 12 months. i have also lost so much weight and have fatigue
