I Have Kidneys That Leak Protein/blood, So Kidney Disease Stage

i have kidneys that leak protein/blood, so kidney disease stage 3. also slightly high lipids in my blood and high tryglicerides and had a bad reaction to the meds. so i had to stop taking them. can u recommend a weight loss plan. i also have bouts of gout due to my kidney disease. is there a solution?
