I Have Leukorrhea Since The Age Of Puberty (14 Yrs)

i have leukorrhea since the age of puberty (14 yrs) and now i am 23 yrs old and it's just a white milky or sometimes thick discharge. it is regular. sometimes i face menstural cycle problem like 'gap' but am worried about it. is it dangerous ? does it cause infertility or anyother problem?
