I Have Liquid On My Knees , Ive Had Treatments

i have liquid on my knees , ive had treatments to drain the liquid and shots like, cortisone and steroids shots after ,i feel better for awhile but it just comes back and all the while im in terrible pain, cant hardly walk or no way can i run. what happens now? what can take this away or change it?
