I Have Little Tiny White Dots On My Fingers And

i have little tiny white dots on my fingers and i jut noticed them around a week ago, they dont hurt or annoy me but i am wondering if it is a early stage of a wart, i have a few finger warts but i am getting them treated, please tell me what these white dots are. there are around 8 on one finger and are super tiny (middle finger) i have also noticed them on the knuckles of my pointer finger, i am 13
