I Have Localized Rash On Upper Abdomen With Spots ,spots

i have localized rash on upper abdomen with spots ,spots were initially pale but now are blackish,margins are pale & raised ,rash is painful & itchy i feel like needle sometimes ,i applied anti bacterial & anti fungal creams but it didn't help, i started taking TCM anti viral medications ,now the rash is reducing and i feel better..what can be the diagnosis?
