I Have Low Back Pain On The Left Side. I

i have low back pain on the left side. I also have pain going down my left leg and going down past my knee. the pain is also in the upper part of my upper leg. close to the body in the center and close to the left side of the leg, I do have damage in my back. the lower park from L5 to the tail bone
