I Have Lower Back Pain, And Chiropractic Care Helps It

i have lower back pain, and chiropractic care helps it for a day, and then it's back. i have pain in my hips, making me limp up stairs, and by the evening my legs hurt with accompanying shin splints. Im a 56 year old healthy woman, but walked about 6 miles a day last year, and don't know if that contributed to this
