I Have Lumps On My Legs Every Time I Get

i have lumps on my legs every time i get bumped or hit. i went to the doctors they said it was a lipoma but i had an mri an its not a lipoma its something else called lipos something...can you help me what is that i just dont understand why i have these lumps all over my legs.
