I Have Lumps Or Small Ball Like Masses In My

i have lumps or small ball like masses in my thighs and upper arms . i had removed one such balls from my breast earlier. it was not a cancerous lump. now i feel three more are coming up in my legs and upper arms what should i do. my father also has the same bumps in his legs and arms. Please give me some solution for this.
